EIDO™ — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective Date: 4 February 2026 Version: 1.0 Jurisdiction of Formation: Queensland, Australia

---

This Return & Exchange Policy forms part of EIDO's Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. By placing an Order on eidoofficial.com, you agree to the terms of this Policy in full. Defined terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the mandatory consumer laws of your jurisdiction.

SECTION 1 — OUR PHILOSOPHY ON RETURNS

EIDO makes things to last for ETERNITY. Every piece is developed with intention — the construction, the material, the finish — and we stand behind what we make. Our returns process exists not as a loophole, but as a point of contact. A return is information. It tells us something. We take that seriously.

At the same time, EIDO is a limited-run, small-batch brand. We do not overproduce. We do not discount. And we do not operate returns the way volume-driven fashion does. Our model is built on considered acquisition — we want every customer to own something they have genuinely chosen, and we build our policies to reflect that.

As we grow, our commitments to customers grow with us. The Care & Continuity Program described in Section 14 is a statement of where we are going — a long-term relationship with the things you wear, not a transactional exchange.

For now, this Policy sets out clearly and honestly what your rights are, what we offer, and what we are working toward.

---

SECTION 2 — FINAL SALE — CURRENT COLLECTION POSITION

2.1 All Current Products Are Final Sale

At this stage of EIDO's development, all products sold on eidoofficial.com are designated as Final Sale unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or in a specific product listing.

This means:

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
• Size or colourway exchanges are not offered as a standard entitlement
• No cash refund is available for change-of-mind purchases
• No EIDO Marks™ credit is issued for Final Sale returns except in the circumstances described in Sections 3 and 10

2.2 Why Final Sale

This position reflects the realities of small-batch manufacturing. Each unit produced is a deliberate and finite object. We encourage customers to purchase with intention, to review size guides carefully, and to contact us before ordering if they have any questions about fit, fabric, or construction.

2.3 This Will Change

EIDO's Final Sale position is a starting point, not a permanent stance. As our infrastructure, logistics, and Care & Continuity capabilities develop, we will progressively open return and exchange avenues for customers. Changes to this position will be announced through our Studio Dispatches and social channels before they take effect.

---

SECTION 3 — STATUTORY RIGHTS — WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE AWAY

The Final Sale position in Section 2 does not — and cannot — override your non-excludable statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy to which you are entitled under:

• The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — including guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description
• The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)
• The Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national implementing legislation (EEA)
• The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
• Applicable state, provincial, or federal consumer protection laws (United States and Canada)
• Any other mandatory consumer law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence

Where a Product is genuinely defective, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet a statutory consumer guarantee, your rights to remedy — including repair, replacement, or refund — exist independently of and are not affected by EIDO's Final Sale designation or any other provision of this Policy.

Those rights are described in full in Section 10.

---

SECTION 4 — THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

4.1 Window for Eligible Returns

For Products that are not designated Final Sale (including any future products for which EIDO expressly opens returns), customers must initiate a return request within 14 calendar days of the date on which the Product is delivered to the specified delivery address or collected from a designated collection point.

4.2 Initiation Requirement

A return is "initiated" when you contact EIDO at clientcare@eidoofficial.com with a valid return request in accordance with Section 7. Initiation alone does not guarantee approval — the Product must also satisfy the eligibility conditions in Section 5.

4.3 No Extensions

The 14-day window will not be extended except:

(a) where required by applicable mandatory law (including the EEA and UK 14-day statutory withdrawal right described in Section 12); or (b) at EIDO's sole and absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Defective Products — Separate Timeframe

The 14-day window does not apply to claims for Defective Products under Section 10. Defect claims are governed by the timeframes prescribed under the ACL and applicable mandatory consumer laws, which may be significantly longer.

---

SECTION 5 — RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

For any return that is not a Final Sale item and not a defect claim, the following conditions must all be satisfied for a return to be approved:

(a) Timing: The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery, as described in Section 4.

(b) Unworn: The Product must not have been worn. This means it has not been put on the body for any purpose other than a brief, clean try-on in appropriate indoor conditions.

(c) Unwashed: The Product must not have been washed, dry-cleaned, or treated in any way.

(d) Unaltered: The Product must not have been modified, hemmed, tailored, embroidered, or altered in any way.

(e) Tags Intact: All original EIDO hang tags and any additional labels must be attached in their original position and condition. Removal of tags renders the item ineligible for return regardless of any other factor.

(f) Original Packaging: The Product must be returned in its original EIDO zip-lock bag, in the same condition as received. Damaged, missing, or substituted packaging will result in the return being rejected or a deduction being applied to any credit issued.

(g) Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.

(h) Not Non-Returnable: The Product must not fall within any of the non-returnable categories in Section 6.

EIDO's inspection team will assess all returned items against these conditions upon receipt. Approval is not guaranteed by initiation of a return request.

---

SECTION 6 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & CIRCUMSTANCES

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except where required by applicable mandatory law for Defective Products:

(a) Final Sale Items: All current EIDO products, as designated under Section 2.

(b) Worn or Used Items: Any Product that shows evidence of wear, use, odour, makeup, deodorant, staining, or any other signs of use beyond a brief indoor try-on.

(c) Washed or Treated Items: Any Product that has been laundered, dry-cleaned, steam-treated, or otherwise washed or processed.

(d) Altered Items: Any Product that has been modified, tailored, embroidered, printed, distressed, or otherwise changed from its original state.

(e) Items Without Tags: Any Product from which the original hang tags or labels have been removed or damaged.

(f) Items Not in Original Packaging: Any Product returned without its original EIDO zip-lock bag.

(g) Items Not Purchased on eidoofficial.com: Products purchased through any channel other than eidoofficial.com — including authorised or unauthorised resellers, secondary markets, and third-party platforms — are not eligible for return through this Policy.

(h) Customised or Personalised Items: Any Product that has been customised, personalised, or modified at the Customer's request (including through the Care & Continuity Program's customisation services once operational).

(i) Items Reported Outside the Return Window: Any return request initiated outside the 14-day window, except where required by applicable mandatory law or expressly approved by EIDO.

(j) Items Subject to Chargeback: Any Product associated with an active or completed chargeback dispute will not be accepted for return, and any pending EIDO Marks™ credit will be suspended pending resolution.

---

SECTION 7 — HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Where a return is eligible (i.e., not Final Sale, within the return window, and meeting the conditions in Section 5), the process is as follows:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email clientcare@eidoofficial.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST — [Your Order Number]" and include:

• Your full name and order number
• The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return
• Confirmation that all eligibility conditions in Section 5 are met
• Clear photographs of the item(s) in their current condition, including tags and packaging

Step 2 — Await Authorisation EIDO will review your request and respond within 3 Business Days with either:

• A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions; or
• A notification that your request does not meet the eligibility criteria, with reasons

Do not ship any item back to EIDO without a valid RMA number. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted, will not be credited, and EIDO accepts no responsibility for their loss.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item to the address provided by EIDO within 5 Business Days. The item must be:

• Securely packaged in the original zip-lock bag and appropriate outer packaging to prevent transit damage
• Labelled with your RMA number clearly visible on the outer packaging
• Sent via a trackable shipping service at your cost (see Section 8)

Step 4 — Inspection & Outcome Upon receipt, EIDO will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome within 5 Business Days (see Section 9).

---

SECTION 8 — RETURN SHIPPING — YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 Customer Bears Return Shipping Costs

Except in the case of a confirmed Defective Product (Section 10), all return shipping costs are the Customer's sole responsibility. This includes:

• The cost of return postage or courier services
• Any packaging materials used for the return
• Any re-import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to the returned goods entering Australia
• Any customs brokerage or clearance fees in Australia

8.2 Use of Trackable Service

EIDO strongly recommends using a trackable, insured return shipping service. EIDO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return. If a returned item does not reach EIDO, no credit or remedy will be issued, regardless of the Customer's claim that it was dispatched.

8.3 Defective Products — EIDO Covers Return Shipping

Where EIDO confirms that a return is being made due to a confirmed Defective Product under Section 10, EIDO will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping by providing either a prepaid return label or reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs. Instructions will be provided in the RMA communication.

8.4 Our Future Commitment on Return Shipping

EIDO is actively working toward a model in which all approved returns are handled end-to-end by EIDO — including the cost and logistics of return collection. This commitment will be announced formally through our Studio Dispatches and social channels when it is ready to launch. It is part of our broader Care & Continuity commitment to customers.

---

SECTION 9 — INSPECTION, APPROVAL & OUTCOME

9.1 Inspection on Receipt

Upon receiving a returned item, EIDO's quality team will inspect it against the eligibility conditions in Section 5 within 5 Business Days of receipt.

9.2 Approved Returns

Where a return is approved, EIDO will issue EIDO Marks™ (store credit) to the value of the original product purchase price (excluding any original shipping costs absorbed by EIDO, which are non-refundable and non-creditable). The Marks™ will be applied to your EIDO account within 3 Business Days of approval.

9.3 Rejected Returns

Where a returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, EIDO will notify you within 5 Business Days of inspection. In such cases:

(a) no EIDO Marks™ will be issued; (b) EIDO will offer to return the item to you at your cost within 10 Business Days of notification; and (c) if you do not arrange and pay for re-delivery within that period, EIDO reserves the right to dispose of the item responsibly.

9.4 Partial Approval

Where a multi-item return is partially eligible (e.g., one item passes inspection and another does not), EIDO will approve and credit the eligible item(s) only and notify you of the rejected item(s) separately.

9.5 Deductions

EIDO reserves the right to deduct from the EIDO Marks™ value any of the following where applicable:

(a) the cost of re-packaging where original packaging is returned damaged or substituted; (b) any diminution in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item; and (c) any costs incurred by EIDO in connection with an incorrectly initiated or fraudulent return.

---

SECTION 10 — DEFECTIVE & NON-CONFORMING GOODS

10.1 Your Statutory Rights Are Intact

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights in respect of a genuinely Defective Product. Where a Product:

• is not of acceptable quality (has a fault, defect, or is not durable for its intended use);
• does not match its description on the Site;
• is not fit for the purpose for which goods of that kind are ordinarily used; or
• does not correspond with any sample or demonstration model,

you have rights under the ACL and applicable mandatory laws that exist regardless of EIDO's Final Sale position.

10.2 Reporting a Defect

If you believe a Product is defective or non-conforming, contact us at clientcare@eidoofficial.com as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery of the defect, with:

• Your order number and the date of delivery
• A clear written description of the defect or non-conformity
• Photographs clearly showing the defect, including close-up and full-garment shots
• Confirmation that the defect was not caused by misuse, accident, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear

10.3 Assessment

EIDO will assess all defect reports within 5 Business Days of receipt. EIDO may, in its reasonable discretion, request the return of the item for physical inspection before determining the appropriate remedy. Where return is requested, EIDO will provide a prepaid return label.

10.4 Remedies for Defective Products

Where EIDO confirms a Product is Defective, EIDO will offer one of the following remedies, in accordance with the ACL and applicable mandatory laws:

(a) Minor Failure: At EIDO's election — repair, replacement with an equivalent Product, or EIDO Marks™ credit to the full purchase price.

(b) Major Failure: At the Customer's election — full refund to the original payment method, replacement with an equivalent Product, or EIDO Marks™ credit to the full purchase price.

A "major failure" is one that a reasonable consumer would not have bought the Product knowing about it, or that significantly affects its use or value, or that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

10.5 What Does Not Constitute a Defect

The following do not constitute a defect for the purposes of this Policy or the ACL:

(a) minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that are a natural consequence of small-batch, artisanal manufacturing and do not affect the quality or function of the garment; (b) damage resulting from failure to follow EIDO's care instructions; (c) damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or unreasonable handling; (d) normal wear and tear consistent with the expected lifespan of the garment; and (e) subjective dissatisfaction with the fit, drape, or aesthetic of a Product that corresponds with its description.

---

SECTION 11 — EIDO MARKS™ — YOUR STORE CREDIT

11.1 Default Return Remedy

Where a return is approved under this Policy, the default remedy is the issuance of EIDO Marks™ — EIDO's non-cash store credit — to the value of the original purchase price of the returned item (net of any non-refundable amounts).

11.2 Nature of EIDO Marks™

EIDO Marks™ are:

• Non-cash: not legal tender and not redeemable for money except where required by applicable law
• Non-transferable: cannot be gifted, sold, or moved between accounts
• Non-expiring: do not expire while your account is active and in good standing
• Brand-bound: redeemable only on eidoofficial.com toward future purchases

11.3 Use of EIDO Marks™

EIDO Marks™ may be applied at checkout toward any future purchase on eidoofficial.com. They cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotional offers unless expressly stated.

11.4 Account Standing

EIDO Marks™ balances may be forfeited where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, including Chargeback Abuse.

11.5 Full Terms

The Marks Policy (published separately on the Site) governs the full terms of the EIDO Marks™ program, including issuance rates, usage rules, and revocation conditions.

---

SECTION 12 — EEA & UK CONSUMERS — STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

12.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and its national implementing legislation) or the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of taking physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

12.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify EIDO before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by sending a clear written statement to clientcare@eidoofficial.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory:

---

Model Withdrawal Form

To: EIDO Customer Care — clientcare@eidoofficial.com

I/We [] hereby give notice that I/We [] withdraw from my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods:

Ordered on [] / received on []*

Name of consumer(s):

Order number:

Signature (if notified on paper):

Date:

---

12.3 Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to EIDO without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after communicating your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

12.4 Refund

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, EIDO will refund to your original payment method:

(a) the purchase price of the returned goods; and (b) the cost of standard outbound delivery (where applicable — EIDO's shipping is complimentary, so no outbound delivery charge will have been made),

within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

12.5 Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. EIDO reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to account for any such diminished value.

12.6 Exclusions from Withdrawal Right

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

(a) goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; or (b) sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (where applicable to EIDO's product range).

---

SECTION 13 — INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

13.1 Non-Waivable Rights Preserved

This Policy does not limit, exclude, or waive any non-excludable consumer right, remedy, or protection applicable to you under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction of residence. To the extent of any conflict between this Policy and your non-waivable statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

13.2 New Zealand

Consumers in New Zealand have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) that are substantially equivalent to those under the ACL. EIDO will honour those rights regardless of any contrary provision in this Policy.

13.3 United States

Some US states provide statutory refund rights (including for defective or significantly delayed goods) under applicable state consumer protection law. Where such rights apply under mandatory law, EIDO will honour them.

13.4 Canada

Consumer protection legislation applicable in your province or territory may provide you with additional rights regarding internet and distance contracts, cancellation, and refunds. Where such rights apply, EIDO will comply.

13.5 Other Jurisdictions

Consumers in all other jurisdictions retain their non-waivable statutory rights under their local mandatory laws. EIDO will comply with applicable mandatory consumer laws in all jurisdictions in which it sells Products.

---

SECTION 14 — THE CARE & CONTINUITY PROGRAM

14.1 What It Is

The EIDO Care & Continuity Program is EIDO's commitment to a relationship with its customers that does not end at the point of purchase.

We believe the things you wear accumulate meaning over time. They carry context — of where you were, what you were moving through, how you were built then. We do not believe those things should be discarded. We believe they should be returned to, restored, and in some cases, transformed.

The Care & Continuity Program is being built to honour that belief at a structural level.

14.2 What It Will Offer

The program is currently in development. When launched, it is intended to include some or all of the following:

(a) Garment Return for Restoration Customers will be able to return EIDO pieces — regardless of age or condition — for professional restoration and repair. The program is designed around garment longevity, not replacement cycles.

(b) EIDO Workshops Customers will have the option to attend EIDO-hosted workshops and participate directly in the restoration or reconstruction of their own garments. These sessions are designed as genuine craft experiences — an education in how pieces are built, what happens to fabric under time and use, and what restoration actually requires.

(c) Passive Restoration For customers who prefer not to attend, EIDO handles the restoration process in full. Customers receive documentation, film, or other creative output capturing what was done and why — so the experience of the piece's continuation is communicated, not just performed.

(d) Customisation Services The program will offer considered customisation options — structural and aesthetic — for customers who want to evolve a piece they already own. This is not fast-fashion personalisation. It is deliberate modification with EIDO's involvement and craft standards applied.

(e) Creative Participation Beyond restoration, the program is conceived as a point of genuine creative contact between EIDO and the people who wear its work. More detail on this will be released through Studio Dispatches and social channels as the program takes form.

14.3 Charges

Some services within the Care & Continuity Program will be offered as add-ons at a charge. Pricing, service descriptions, and terms for each service will be published in full at the time of launch. EIDO will always communicate clearly what is complimentary and what carries a cost before any service is rendered.

14.4 Membership

The Care & Continuity Program may, in future, be structured around a membership tier. Where a membership model is introduced, existing EIDO customers will receive advance notice, and transition arrangements will be offered to acknowledge loyalty. Membership details will be announced through Studio Dispatches and EIDO's social channels.

14.5 Current Commitment

As it stands, the Care & Continuity Program is a committed intention to all EIDO customers, not a launched product. It is being announced here as part of EIDO's transparency with the people who invest in our work — so that you know the relationship you are entering when you buy an EIDO piece is not a transaction with an end date.

Thoughts, suggestions, and questions about the program are genuinely welcome at clientcare@eidoofficial.com. This is being built for you and with your use in mind.

14.6 Legal Status

The Care & Continuity Program, until formally launched and its specific terms published, does not create any legally enforceable entitlement to any specific service, timeframe, or pricing. Its inclusion in this Policy constitutes a public commitment and statement of intent only.

---

SECTION 15 — EXCHANGES

15.1 No Standard Exchange Entitlement

EIDO does not currently offer size or colourway exchanges as a standard entitlement. Given our limited-run production model, we cannot guarantee that an alternative size or colourway will be available at the time a return is processed.

15.2 Exchange Requests

Where a Customer would prefer a direct exchange over EIDO Marks™ credit, and where the desired alternative is in stock at the time of the approved return, EIDO may, at its absolute discretion, facilitate a direct exchange. Such exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to:

(a) the returned item meeting all eligibility conditions in Section 5; (b) the desired alternative being in stock in the Customer's required size and colourway at the time of assessment; and (c) any price difference being settled via EIDO Marks™ or additional payment as applicable.

15.3 Exchange Process

Exchange requests must be communicated at the time of initiating the return request in accordance with Section 7, and will be assessed alongside the standard return request. EIDO will confirm availability as part of the RMA response.

---

SECTION 16 — CHARGEBACK NOTICE

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or financial institution in relation to an EIDO purchase, in circumstances where the Order was legitimately fulfilled, constitutes Chargeback Abuse under EIDO's Terms of Service.

EIDO reserves the right to contest all chargebacks with evidence of fulfilment, tracking, and correspondence. Customers who engage in Chargeback Abuse will have their accounts permanently suspended, their EIDO Marks™ forfeited, and may be subject to legal action for recovery of the disputed amount and associated costs.

If you have a genuine concern about an Order, please contact clientcare@eidoofficial.com before initiating any dispute through your financial institution. We are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly and fairly.

---

SECTION 17 — POLICY UPDATES & FUTURE COMMITMENTS

17.1 This Policy Will Evolve

EIDO's returns and exchange position is intentionally conservative at this stage of the brand's development. As our operations, logistics infrastructure, and Care & Continuity capabilities develop, this Policy will be updated to reflect expanded customer entitlements.

Material changes to this Policy will be announced through Studio Dispatches and EIDO's social channels before they take effect, giving customers advance notice of improved terms.

17.2 Your Rights Are Not Reduced

No future update to this Policy will reduce any right you have already vested under a prior version of the Policy at the time of your purchase. Future updates will only expand or clarify customer entitlements, not restrict them, except where required by applicable law.

17.3 Stay Connected

Follow EIDO's Studio Dispatches and social channels for announcements on:

• Care & Continuity Program launch
• Expansion of return windows
• Introduction of direct exchanges
• End-to-end return logistics handled by EIDO
• Membership and loyalty program details

SECTION 1 — OUR SHIPPING PHILOSOPHY

At EIDO, every parcel is an extension of the object inside it. We ship from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to destinations across the world, and we treat every dispatch — regardless of where it is going — with the same standard of urgency and care.

Our commitment is simple: get the right piece to the right person as fast as the world will allow. We are on a deliberate path toward 1–2 day delivery everywhere on earth, and we select our carriers region by region on that basis — not on cost.

Every order ships complimentary. No thresholds, no tiers, no conditions.

---

SECTION 2 — COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING — NO MINIMUMS

All Orders placed on eidoofficial.com ship at no cost to the customer, regardless of:

• Order value
• Number of items
• Destination country
• Colourway, size, or product type

There are no minimum spend thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no shipping charges added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

This applies to all destinations in every region we service.

---

SECTION 3 — WHERE WE SHIP

EIDO ships to most countries and territories worldwide from our dispatch point in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Current serviced regions include (but are not limited to):

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Asia-Pacific: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, and select additional markets

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and select additional markets

North America: United States, Canada

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, and select additional European markets

EIDO regularly adds new destinations as logistics partnerships and carrier coverage expand. If your country is not listed above, please contact clientcare@eidoofficial.com before placing your order and we will advise whether shipping is available.

EIDO reserves the right to restrict or suspend shipping to any destination at any time, including where required by law, export controls, sanctions regulations, or logistical constraints. Orders placed to subsequently restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.

---

SECTION 4 — CARRIERS & CARRIER SELECTION

4.1 Multi-Carrier Model

EIDO operates a multi-carrier shipping model. We do not use a single carrier for all destinations. Instead, we select the carrier best positioned to deliver your order in the shortest possible time to your specific region, based on:

• Current carrier performance data for the destination
• Route availability and transit reliability
• Real-time capacity and customs clearance records
• Our ongoing commitment to speed as the primary criterion

Carriers we may use include (without limitation): DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Australia Post Express International, and other regional or specialist carriers as required.

4.2 Carrier Discretion

EIDO reserves the right to select, change, or substitute carriers at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. Carrier substitution will never be used to reduce shipping speed below the estimated timeframe communicated at checkout.

4.3 No Carrier Guarantee

While EIDO selects carriers based on speed and reliability, we cannot guarantee the performance, conduct, or accuracy of any carrier once a parcel has been dispatched. Carrier delays, errors, or losses are addressed through EIDO's claims process described in Section 12.

---

SECTION 5 — ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

5.1 Processing Window

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 Business Days of the Order being accepted (i.e., payment successfully cleared and the Order confirmed).

A Business Day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Queensland public holiday.

5.2 Processing Sequence

The following steps occur within the processing window before dispatch:

1. Payment verification and fraud screening
2. Order picking and quality inspection
3. Packaging and labelling
4. Carrier booking and collection scheduling

5.3 Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email to your registered email address. Where tracking is available, your tracking number and carrier details will be included in this email.

Delivery timeframes (detailed in Section 6) are measured from the date of Dispatch, not from the date of Order placement.

5.4 Orders Placed on Non-Business Days

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Queensland public holidays will begin processing on the next Business Day.

5.5 High-Demand Periods

During Drops, collection launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend beyond the standard 1–2 Business Day window. EIDO will communicate any material processing delays via email or Site notice.

---

SECTION 6 — ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES BY REGION

All timeframes below are estimates from the date of Dispatch and represent our target delivery performance under standard conditions. They are not guarantees.

Timeframes reflect business days unless otherwise stated. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on the factors described in Section 13.

---

AUSTRALIA

DESTINATIONS NOT LISTED

For countries and territories not listed above, estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. If you require clarification before ordering, contact clientcare@eidoofficial.com.

---

IMPORTANT NOTE ON TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith based on current carrier performance data. They do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any specific date. EIDO accepts no liability for delivery outside the estimated window where delay is caused by factors described in Section 13. See Section 12 for how we handle genuinely lost or significantly delayed parcels.

---

SECTION 7 — SHIPMENT TRACKING

7.1 Tracking Provided

EIDO provides shipment tracking on all orders where tracking is made available by the carrier. Your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal will be included in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

7.2 Tracking Quality Variance

Because EIDO uses multiple carriers across different regions, the quality, frequency, and accuracy of tracking updates will vary. Some carriers provide real-time, granular scan-by-scan updates. Others provide milestone-only tracking (e.g., dispatched → in-country → delivered). Both are normal and expected given our multi-carrier model.

EIDO does not control the tracking infrastructure of any third-party carrier and accepts no responsibility for:

• Delays in tracking updates appearing on a carrier's portal
• Inaccurate or incomplete scan data
• Tracking pages that display no movement for a period before resuming

7.3 Tracking Assistance

If your tracking number is not working, is not updating after 48 hours of dispatch, or shows an unexpected status, contact EIDO at clientcare@eidoofficial.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

---

SECTION 8 — DELIVERY ADDRESS — ACCURACY & AMENDMENT WINDOW

8.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. This includes:

• Correct unit, apartment, or suite number
• Correct street name, number, and suburb/city
• Correct postcode or ZIP code
• Correct country
• A recipient name that will be recognised at the delivery address

EIDO will ship to the address exactly as submitted. We do not verify or validate delivery addresses prior to dispatch.

8.2 Address Amendment — 2-Hour Window

Given the speed at which EIDO processes and dispatches orders (within 1–2 Business Days), address amendments are only possible within a strict 2-hour window from the time the Order was placed.

To request an address amendment, contact us immediately at clientcare@eidoofficial.com with:

• Your order number
• The incorrect address as submitted
• The correct address in full

EIDO will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that amendment requests received within the 2-hour window will be actioned in time, and we accept no liability where dispatch has already occurred before a request is processed.

After the 2-hour window has elapsed, address changes cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Once a parcel is with the carrier, EIDO has no ability to redirect it, and any redirection fees or failed delivery costs arising from an incorrect address are solely the Customer's responsibility.

8.3 Consequences of Incorrect Address

Where a parcel is undeliverable or returned to EIDO due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the Customer:

(a) EIDO may offer re-dispatch at the Customer's cost, or issue EIDO Marks™ credit for the value of the order net of any non-recoverable shipping and handling costs; (b) original shipping costs (absorbed by EIDO) and return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited; and (c) any customs fees or duties associated with the return are the Customer's responsibility.

---

SECTION 9 — SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

9.1 Optional Signature

Signature on delivery is not mandatory for standard EIDO orders. Whether a signature is required at the point of delivery will depend on:

• The carrier assigned to your shipment
• The destination country's carrier protocols
• Whether you have waived signature requirements through the carrier's delivery management tools

9.2 Authority to Leave

Where no signature is required or obtained and the carrier deems it safe to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address, EIDO accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, or loss following confirmed delivery to the address specified by the Customer.

9.3 Waiving Signature

If your carrier provides a delivery management platform (e.g., DHL On Demand Delivery, FedEx Delivery Manager), you may use it to waive signature requirements or provide authority to leave instructions. Any such instructions are between you and the carrier; EIDO is not party to those arrangements and accepts no liability for any resulting loss.

9.4 High-Value Orders

EIDO reserves the right, at its discretion, to require mandatory signature confirmation on orders above a certain value threshold. Where this applies, it will be communicated at checkout or in the Dispatch Confirmation email.

---

SECTION 10 — DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS (DDU)

10.1 All International Shipments Are DDU

Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, all international shipments from EIDO are made on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means:

• You are the importer of record in your destination country
• You are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country's customs authority
• These charges are not included in the price you paid at checkout and are not covered by EIDO's complimentary shipping

10.2 EIDO Cannot Predict Customs Charges

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country, product category, and declared value, and are determined solely by your destination country's customs authority. EIDO has no ability to predict, calculate, or guarantee the amount of any import charges you may face.

10.3 Your Obligation to Clear Customs

You are responsible for:

• Providing any information or documentation requested by your customs authority
• Paying all applicable duties and taxes within the timeframe required
• Complying with all import restrictions and regulations in your jurisdiction

Failure to do so may result in your parcel being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. See Section 11 for what happens to parcels in these circumstances.

10.4 Customs Delays

Customs clearance is entirely outside EIDO's control and can add significant time to delivery, particularly in markets with high customs scrutiny. Customs delays do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

---

SECTION 11 — FAILED DELIVERY, COLLECTION & ABANDONED PARCELS

11.1 Failed Delivery Attempts

Where a carrier is unable to deliver a parcel (e.g., no one is available to receive it and no safe location exists to leave it), the carrier will typically leave a delivery notification and either:

• Attempt re-delivery on a subsequent day
• Hold the parcel at a local collection point or depot for a specified period

It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and respond promptly to any delivery notifications.

11.2 Collection Deadline

Where a parcel is held at a carrier collection point or depot, you must collect it within the timeframe specified by the carrier. This is typically between 5 and 14 days depending on the carrier and country.

11.3 Abandoned Parcels

A parcel becomes an Abandoned Parcel where it is returned to EIDO or destroyed as a result of:

• Failure to collect within the carrier's specified timeframe
• Refusal of delivery by the Customer
• Failure to pay applicable import duties or customs fees
• An incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the Customer

Where a parcel is returned to EIDO as an Abandoned Parcel:

(a) EIDO will notify the Customer via email upon becoming aware of the return; (b) EIDO may, at its discretion, offer re-dispatch at the Customer's cost; (c) any EIDO Marks™ credit or refund issued will be calculated net of original outbound shipping costs (absorbed by EIDO), return shipping costs, and any non-recoverable customs or handling fees; and (d) such credit will be issued as EIDO Marks™ unless a cash refund is required under applicable mandatory law.

11.4 Destroyed Parcels

Where a parcel is destroyed by customs authorities rather than returned (which may occur in certain jurisdictions), EIDO accepts no responsibility for the loss. Any remedies available will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

---

SECTION 12 — LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PARCELS

12.1 Contact EIDO First

If you believe your parcel has been lost, arrived damaged, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact EIDO directly at clientcare@eidoofficial.com. Do not contact the carrier directly — EIDO will manage all carrier investigations and claims on your behalf.

12.2 What to Include in Your Report

To allow EIDO to investigate promptly, your report should include:

• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
• A description of the issue (lost, damaged, delayed)
• For damaged parcels: clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s), taken before or at the time of opening
• Your tracking number and the last status shown

12.3 Investigation Timeframe

EIDO will acknowledge your report within 2 Business Days and will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Carrier investigations typically take between 5 and 21 Business Days depending on the carrier and destination. EIDO will keep you informed of progress during this period.

12.4 Lost Parcels

A parcel will be treated as lost where:

• Tracking has shown no movement for more than 15 Business Days past the estimated delivery date; or
• The carrier has confirmed the parcel is lost

Where EIDO confirms a parcel is lost, EIDO will, at its election or the Customer's preference, either:

(a) re-dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to the Customer, subject to stock availability; or (b) issue a full refund to the original payment method or EIDO Marks™ credit of equivalent value.

12.5 Damaged Parcels

Where a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

(a) accept delivery but note the damage with the carrier representative or on any delivery documentation where possible; (b) take photographs of the outer packaging and contents immediately; and (c) contact EIDO within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

EIDO will assess the claim and, where damage is confirmed to have occurred in transit, will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

12.6 Parcels Marked Delivered But Not Received

Where tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it:

(a) check with neighbours, building management, or a safe drop location near your address; (b) allow 2 additional Business Days (delivery systems can mark items as delivered slightly ahead of actual receipt); (c) if still not received after 2 Business Days, contact EIDO and we will raise a formal investigation with the carrier.

EIDO is not liable for parcels that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address and subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location. Where tracking confirms delivery to an incorrect address due to carrier error, EIDO will pursue a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

12.7 Delayed Parcels

Delivery delays within the following ranges are not treated as lost and do not automatically trigger a claim or refund:

• Domestic Australia: up to 5 Business Days from dispatch
• International: up to 30 Business Days from dispatch

Beyond these thresholds, contact EIDO and we will investigate. Consumer rights under the ACL and applicable mandatory laws in your jurisdiction are not affected by this provision.

---

SECTION 13 — PEAK SEASONS & EXTERNAL DELAYS

13.1 Estimated Timeframes Are Not Guarantees

Delivery timeframes communicated by EIDO are estimates based on current carrier data and standard operating conditions. The world is dynamic, and so is global logistics. EIDO is committed to speed but cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.

13.2 Factors That May Affect Delivery

Shipping times may vary — sometimes significantly — due to factors including:

Seasonal & Commercial:

• Global peak shipping periods (November–January, Lunar New Year, Eid, Golden Week)
• Carrier capacity constraints during high-demand periods
• Collection launches and Drop periods affecting EIDO's own dispatch volume

Geopolitical & Economic:

• Border closures, customs policy changes, or new import regulations
• Trade disputes, tariff changes, or sanctions affecting shipping routes
• Currency volatility affecting carrier operations in certain markets

Logistical & Operational:

• Airline route changes or reduced cargo capacity
• Port congestion or freight backlogs
• Carrier strikes or industrial action
• Customs inspection delays at origin or destination

Environmental:

• Extreme weather events disrupting carrier networks
• Natural disasters affecting transport infrastructure
• Acts of God and other force majeure events

13.3 We Are On a Path to Faster

The global expansion of express freight infrastructure means the world is getting smaller. EIDO's active commitment is to drive delivery times down in every market we serve as carrier options improve. The timeframes listed in Section 6 reflect current best available performance and will be updated as we achieve faster standards.

13.4 Communication During Delays

Where EIDO becomes aware of a systemic delay affecting multiple shipments (e.g., a carrier network outage, a customs backlog at a major port), we will communicate proactively to affected Customers via email or Site notice.

---

SECTION 14 — RESTRICTED & UNSERVICEABLE DESTINATIONS

14.1 Prohibited Destinations

EIDO cannot ship to destinations that are subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, export restrictions, or embargoes administered by Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations Security Council. Orders placed to such destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.

14.2 Restricted Products by Destination

Certain products may be subject to import restrictions in specific countries (e.g., restrictions on materials, dyes, or labelling requirements). It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm that the Products they are ordering may be legally imported into their jurisdiction. EIDO accepts no liability for Products detained, seized, or destroyed at customs as a result of destination-specific import restrictions.

14.3 Remote & Hard-to-Service Addresses

While EIDO endeavours to ship to all addresses within a serviceable country, certain remote, island, or restricted-access addresses may not be reachable by our carrier network. Where delivery to a specific address is not possible, EIDO will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative delivery point or, if no alternative is available, cancel the Order and issue a full refund.

SECTION 2 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & MODIFICATIONS

2.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms, together with all policies incorporated by reference, form the entire and binding agreement between you and EIDO with respect to the Services. By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an Order, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you represent that:

(a) you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies; (b) you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (c) if you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.2 Modifications to These Terms

EIDO reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable mandatory law. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site, with the updated effective date displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

2.3 Modifications to the Services

EIDO may, at any time and without liability to you, modify, suspend, restrict access to, or permanently discontinue any aspect of the Services, including specific Products, features, content, pricing, or availability in particular regions.

2.4 Policy Hierarchy

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any incorporated policy (Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, or Marks Policy), these Terms will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, unless the incorporated policy expressly states otherwise.

---

SECTION 3 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

3.1 Age & Eligibility

There is no minimum age to browse the Site. However, the following conditions apply to account creation and the placement of Orders:

(a) Age of Majority: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (which is 18 years of age in most jurisdictions, including Australia), you may only create an account or place an Order with the express consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an Order, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and accepts full responsibility for all transactions.

(b) Verification: EIDO reserves the right to request reasonable verification of age or parental/guardian consent at any time, and to refuse or cancel Orders where such verification is not provided or is unsatisfactory.

(c) Sanctions Compliance: You represent that you are not located in, a national or resident of, or acting on behalf of any person located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and that you are not a person or entity designated on any sanctions list administered by the Australian Government, the United States Government (including OFAC's SDN list), the United Kingdom Government, the European Union, or the United Nations.

3.2 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

(a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete; (c) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; (d) accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including purchases made by others using your credentials; and (e) notify EIDO immediately at clientcare@eidoofficial.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

EIDO may, at its sole discretion and without liability or prior notice:

(a) suspend or terminate your account; (b) remove or restrict your access to the Services; (c) cancel any pending Orders; (d) revoke or zero EIDO Marks™ balances; and/or (e) permanently ban you from creating new accounts,

where EIDO reasonably believes you have: (i) breached any provision of these Terms; (ii) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (iii) initiated or threatened Chargeback Abuse; (iv) engaged in commercial resale or bulk purchasing without prior written consent; or (v) engaged in any conduct that, in EIDO's reasonable opinion, is harmful to EIDO, other customers, or third parties.

3.4 One Account Per Person

You may not create or maintain more than one account per individual. EIDO reserves the right to merge, link, or terminate duplicate accounts.

---

SECTION 4 — PRODUCTS, DROPS & AVAILABILITY

4.1 Limited-Run Nature

EIDO produces limited-run, small-batch collections. Products may sell out quickly and without advance notice. EIDO makes no representation or warranty as to the continued availability of any Product, collection, colourway, size, or variant.

4.2 Cart Not a Reservation

Adding a Product to your Cart does not reserve that Product, guarantee its availability, or constitute any form of agreement between you and EIDO. A Product is only allocated to your Order upon successful completion of checkout and confirmed payment.

4.3 Product Descriptions & Images

EIDO makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe and depict its Products, including through photography, video, and written descriptions. However:

(a) product images are displayed on a variety of devices with different screen calibrations; actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary from what is depicted; (b) minor variations in colour, texture, weight, and construction may occur across production runs as a natural consequence of artisanal and small-batch manufacturing; and (c) measurements, weights, and other specifications are approximate and may vary by size.

Such minor variations do not constitute a Defective Product or a basis for return under Section 12, except where such variations constitute a failure to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL or equivalent mandatory law.

4.4 Changes to Products & Collections

EIDO may, without notice or liability, change, limit, update, or permanently discontinue any Product, colourway, size, collection, or feature at any time. Discontinued Products do not entitle Customers to any form of compensation.

4.5 Quantity Limits

EIDO may, at its sole discretion, limit the quantity of Products that may be purchased per person, per household, or per transaction. Such limits may be applied to prevent bulk purchasing, resale, or to ensure equitable access during Drops.

---

SECTION 5 — PRICING, CURRENCY, TAXES & FOREIGN EXCHANGE

5.1 Display Currency

All prices on the Site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default, unless an alternative currency is displayed at checkout or selected by the Customer. Prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable under Australian law.

5.2 Currency Conversion

Where the Site or checkout offers display or settlement in a currency other than AUD, conversion is performed at then-current exchange rates. EIDO does not control, and accepts no liability for, the exchange rates applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor, or for any foreign exchange fees, cross-border transaction fees, or currency conversion charges levied by those parties.

5.3 Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:

(a) prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or any other taxes or levies imposed by the destination country's authorities; (b) you are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes and import charges in your jurisdiction; and (c) EIDO will not reimburse taxes or duties paid by a Customer, even in the event of a return or exchange, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

Where checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included (a DDP arrangement), EIDO or its logistics partner will arrange collection and payment on the Customer's behalf to the applicable extent.

5.4 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect Orders that have already been accepted by EIDO (i.e., Orders that have been dispatched).

5.5 Pricing Errors

EIDO makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy on the Site. In the event of an obvious or manifest pricing error (including, but not limited to, prices that are clearly incorrect or implausibly low), EIDO reserves the right to:

(a) correct the price and notify the Customer prior to dispatch; (b) offer the Customer the option to proceed at the correct price; or (c) cancel the affected Order and provide a full refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

EIDO will not be bound to honour an Order placed at a manifestly erroneous price. This provision does not limit any non-excludable rights you have under the ACL or applicable mandatory consumer laws.

5.6 No Price Matching or Rainchecks

EIDO does not offer price matching, price adjustments on past purchases, or rainchecks on sold-out Products, unless required by applicable law.

---

SECTION 6 — PAYMENT TERMS, PROCESSING & FRAUD PREVENTION

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

EIDO accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, which may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) services. Accepted methods may change without notice.

6.2 Payment Authorisation

By submitting an Order, you:

(a) authorise EIDO and its designated third-party payment processors to charge your nominated payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs; (b) represent and warrant that you are the authorised holder of the payment method, or that you have the explicit authorisation of the authorised holder to use it; and (c) consent to those payment processors processing your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

6.3 Payment Timing

Payment must be successfully authorised and cleared before EIDO will commence processing or dispatching your Order. For pre-order or deposit arrangements, see Section 9.

6.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails or is declined, your Order will not be processed. EIDO accepts no liability for losses resulting from payment failures. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and that your payment method is valid.

6.5 Third-Party Payment Processors

EIDO uses third-party payment processors (including but not limited to Shopify Payments and associated networks). EIDO does not store full payment card details on its servers. By using these processors, you agree to their applicable terms of service and privacy policies. EIDO accepts no responsibility for errors, outages, data incidents, or any other failures by third-party payment processors.

6.6 Fraud Detection & Order Refusal

EIDO employs automated and manual fraud detection tools. We reserve the right, without liability, to:

(a) decline, delay processing of, or cancel any Order where EIDO reasonably suspects fraud, identity theft, the use of stolen payment credentials, or other suspicious activity; (b) request additional verification information (including photo ID) before processing a high-value Order or an Order flagged by our fraud systems; and (c) permanently ban any account or payment method associated with confirmed fraudulent activity.

Customers affected by a fraud-related Order cancellation will be notified and, where payment was processed, will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

---

SECTION 7 — CHARGEBACK ABUSE & REMEDIES

7.1 Legitimate Chargeback Rights

EIDO fully respects your right to raise a legitimate payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution in circumstances where fraud has genuinely occurred, where EIDO has materially failed to fulfil a legitimate Order, or where you have been unable to resolve a genuine dispute with EIDO through our customer support channels.

7.2 Chargeback Abuse Defined

Chargeback Abuse occurs where a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through a card issuer, bank, or payment platform in connection with a transaction that was:

(a) legitimately fulfilled by EIDO in accordance with these Terms and the relevant Order; (b) subject to a signed-for or tracked delivery confirmation; (c) returned without following EIDO's Return & Exchange Policy; or (d) disputed for a reason that is false, misleading, or unsupported by the facts.

7.3 Consequences of Chargeback Abuse

Where EIDO determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Customer has engaged in Chargeback Abuse, EIDO may:

(a) permanently suspend or terminate the Customer's account and any associated accounts; (b) revoke all EIDO Marks™ accumulated by the Customer; (c) permanently ban the Customer's email address, shipping address, device fingerprint, and associated payment methods from future purchases; (d) pursue recovery of the disputed amount (plus EIDO's reasonable administrative and legal costs) through appropriate legal channels; and (e) report the conduct to relevant fraud prevention databases and authorities.

7.4 Dispute First

Before initiating any chargeback, you agree to first contact EIDO at clientcare@eidoofficial.com and allow a reasonable period (no less than 10 Business Days) for EIDO to investigate and resolve your concern. This obligation does not limit any non-excludable statutory rights you may have.

---

SECTION 8 — ORDER FORMATION, CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

8.1 Order as Offer

Your submission of an Order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the specified Products at the stated price, subject to these Terms. The Order is not binding on EIDO until accepted in accordance with Section 8.3.

8.2 Checkout Confirmation

Upon successful submission of your Order and payment authorisation, EIDO will send a Checkout Confirmation to your registered email address. The Checkout Confirmation acknowledges receipt of your Order and payment details only; it does not constitute acceptance of your Order by EIDO.

8.3 Contract Formation — Acceptance

A binding contract of sale between you and EIDO is formed only at the moment EIDO physically dispatches the Product(s) to the carrier. A shipping confirmation email (where applicable) constitutes notice of such dispatch and the formation of the contract of sale.

8.4 Right to Decline Orders

Notwithstanding receipt of your Order and payment, EIDO reserves the right to decline or cancel any Order, in whole or in part, at any time before dispatch, including (without limitation) where:

(a) the Product is no longer available; (b) a pricing error has occurred; (c) fraud is suspected; (d) you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (e) quantity limits have been exceeded; (f) delivery to your specified address is not feasible; or (g) there are grounds under export control or sanctions laws.

Where EIDO declines or cancels your Order after payment has been processed, EIDO will issue a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. EIDO will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a declined Order.

8.5 Partial Dispatch

Where an Order contains multiple Products, EIDO may dispatch Products separately and at different times. Each dispatch constitutes a separate acceptance in respect of the dispatched items only.

8.6 Order Amendments

Once an Order has been submitted, it may not be amended by the Customer. If you wish to change an Order, you must contact clientcare@eidoofficial.com immediately; EIDO will endeavour (but is not obligated) to accommodate changes prior to dispatch.

---

SECTION 9 — PRE-ORDERS & RESERVATION PROGRAMS

9.1 Nature of Pre-Orders

EIDO may, from time to time, offer Products for pre-order purchase prior to the availability of physical stock. Pre-order listings will indicate the expected dispatch timeframe, which is an estimate only and is subject to change.

9.2 Payment for Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may require full payment at the time of ordering or a non-refundable deposit, as specified in the pre-order listing. Where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance will be charged at or before dispatch.

9.3 Pre-Order Delays

Pre-order timeframes may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics delays. EIDO will use reasonable efforts to notify Customers of material delays. Delays in pre-order fulfilment do not automatically entitle a Customer to cancellation or refund, except:

(a) where the ACL or other applicable mandatory law provides otherwise; or (b) where EIDO determines, in its sole discretion, to offer cancellation and refund.

9.4 Pre-Order Cancellation by EIDO

If EIDO is unable to fulfil a pre-order (e.g., due to a supplier failure or force majeure), EIDO will notify affected Customers and provide a full refund to the original payment method, or, at the Customer's election, EIDO Marks™ of equivalent value.

9.5 Consumer Rights Not Affected

Nothing in this Section limits any non-excludable rights you have under the ACL or applicable mandatory laws in the event of significant delay or non-delivery of a pre-ordered product.

---

SECTION 10 — GLOBAL SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RISK OF LOSS & TITLE

10.1 Global Shipping

EIDO ships to most international destinations. Available shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and associated costs are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination. By placing an Order, you agree to the applicable shipping terms.

10.2 Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes communicated by EIDO or its logistics partners are estimates only, based on information available at the time of dispatch. Actual delivery may be affected by:

(a) carrier capacity, route scheduling, or operational decisions; (b) customs and border processing procedures; (c) public holidays in the origin or destination country; (d) adverse weather, natural disasters, or acts of God; (e) industrial action or strikes affecting carriers or ports; (f) Force Majeure Events as defined in Section 30; or (g) any other circumstances beyond EIDO's reasonable control.

EIDO accepts no liability for delays in delivery arising from any of the above circumstances.

10.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss, damage, or theft of Products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the delivery address specified in the Order, or upon collection from a designated collection point, whichever occurs first.

10.4 Transfer of Title

Title (legal ownership) in the Products passes to the Customer upon the later of: (a) full receipt and clearance of payment; and (b) Dispatch of the Products by EIDO.

10.5 Delivery Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. EIDO will not be liable for:

(a) non-delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address; (b) additional shipping charges incurred to re-attempt delivery; (c) loss or theft of a parcel following confirmed delivery to the address specified by the Customer; or (d) any costs arising from an Abandoned Parcel.

If a parcel is returned to EIDO as an Abandoned Parcel, EIDO may, at its discretion:

(i) deduct the original and return shipping costs, applicable handling fees, and any non-recoverable customs charges from any amount to be refunded or credited; and (ii) issue the remainder as EIDO Marks™ store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law.

10.6 Signature Requirements

EIDO and its carriers may require a signature upon delivery. If no signature is obtained and the parcel is subsequently lost or stolen, EIDO may be limited in its ability to pursue a claim with the carrier and accepts no responsibility for such loss beyond what is required by applicable mandatory law.

10.7 Tracking

Where tracking is available, EIDO will provide tracking information via the shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may not always be real-time or accurate. EIDO accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies in carrier-provided tracking data.

10.8 Full Shipping Terms

The Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference) contains additional detail on shipping methods, costs, regions, and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Shipping Policy governs specific shipping matters.

---

SECTION 11 — CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & YOU AS IMPORTER OF RECORD

11.1 DDU Shipments — Default

Unless the checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included (DDP), all international shipments from EIDO are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Under DDU terms:

(a) you are the importer of record for customs purposes; (b) you are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs brokerage fees, clearance charges, and any other applicable levies imposed by the destination country's customs authorities; (c) these charges are not included in the price you paid to EIDO; and (d) EIDO has no ability to accurately predict, calculate, or guarantee the amount of import charges you will face.

11.2 Customs Clearance Obligations

You are responsible for:

(a) providing any information or documentation required by customs authorities in your jurisdiction; (b) paying any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by customs within the required timeframe; and (c) complying with all import restrictions, prohibitions, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

EIDO accepts no responsibility for delays arising from customs clearance processes.

11.3 Customs Refusal, Seizure, or Destruction

If a parcel is seized, held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities as a result of:

(a) your failure to provide required information or documentation; (b) your failure to pay applicable duties or taxes; (c) your refusal of delivery at customs; (d) import restrictions applicable to the Product in your jurisdiction; or (e) any other action or omission on your part,

EIDO accepts no responsibility for any resulting loss. Any amount that may be refunded or credited will be calculated net of original shipping costs, return shipping costs (if any), and any non-recoverable customs fees. Such refund or credit may be issued as EIDO Marks™ unless a cash refund is required by applicable mandatory law.

11.4 DDP Shipments — Where Explicitly Stated

Where checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included (DDP):

(a) EIDO or its logistics partner will arrange for collection and payment of applicable duties and taxes on your behalf; (b) the amount collected at checkout is an estimate based on available data; and (c) EIDO reserves the right to seek recovery of any additional import costs assessed by customs authorities above the estimated amount collected, and you agree to pay such additional amounts within 10 Business Days of receiving notice from EIDO.

11.5 Prohibited Imports

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products you order are not prohibited from import into your jurisdiction. EIDO accepts no liability for Products detained or destroyed because they are prohibited or restricted in your destination country.

12.4 Return Shipping & Costs

Unless a return is required under the ACL or other applicable mandatory law (in which case EIDO will cover reasonable return shipping costs), the Customer is solely responsible for:

(a) all return shipping costs; (b) any re-import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to the returned goods; and (c) ensuring the parcel is adequately packaged and insured during transit back to EIDO.

EIDO is not responsible for Products lost or damaged in transit during a return.

12.5 Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt of a returned Product, EIDO will inspect it within a reasonable timeframe. If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 12.2, EIDO may:

(a) return the Product to the Customer at the Customer's cost; or (b) notify the Customer and provide the Customer with the option to collect or arrange re-delivery within a specified period, after which EIDO may dispose of the item.

13.2 Reporting Defects

If you receive a Product that you believe is defective or does not match its description, you must:

This limitation does not apply where: (i) the failure amounts to a major failure under the ACL; or (ii) the limitation would be contrary to mandatory law.

SECTION 23 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INTEGRATIONS & META DATA SHARING

23.1 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with, link to, or enable access to third-party platforms, applications, and services, including (without limitation) payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics providers. EIDO is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties regarding:

(a) the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party service; (b) the content, functionality, security, or accuracy of any third-party platform; (c) any transactions conducted with third parties accessed via the Site; or (d) any data shared with third parties at your direction.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed solely by that third party's terms.

23.2 Meta Platforms — Data Sharing Disclosure

To measure the effectiveness of advertising and deliver relevant product experiences, EIDO uses integrated technologies from Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), including:

(a) Meta Pixel — a browser-side tracking tool that records your interactions with the Site; (b) Meta Conversions API — a server-side event sharing tool that transmits interaction and purchase data directly from EIDO's servers to Meta; (c) Advanced Matching — a tool that enables matching of your interactions to a Meta account using hashed personal identifiers; and (d) Shopify Facebook Channel — Shopify's native integration enabling the above tools.

What data may be shared: Information about your interactions with the Site (including viewed pages, Products added to Cart, checkout events, and purchase details) may be transmitted to Meta. This data may include hashed personal identifiers (such as email address or phone number) and device identifiers for matching purposes.

Purpose: This data sharing enables EIDO to: (i) measure advertising campaign performance; (ii) deliver interest-based advertising on Facebook and Instagram; (iii) build and target relevant audience segments; and (iv) optimise the Site.

EIDO's data sharing setting: EIDO currently uses Shopify's Maximum Data Sharing setting, which includes both browser-based and server-side event transmission.

Meta's privacy practices: Meta's processing of shared data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Your controls: You may manage your Meta advertising preferences and disconnect Off-Facebook Activity via your Facebook account settings at https://www.facebook.com/off_facebook_activity. For EEA and UK users, EIDO relies on a valid lawful basis for this processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

No sale of personal information: EIDO does not sell your personal information to Meta or any other third party. Data shared with Meta is used solely for the purposes described above, subject to Meta's terms and privacy policies.

23.3 Shopify

The Site is operated on the Shopify platform. Shopify processes certain personal and transactional data as part of platform operations. Shopify's privacy practices are governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

23.4 Other Analytics & Marketing Tools

EIDO may use other third-party analytics and marketing tools (including but not limited to email marketing platforms and review management tools). Details of these integrations and associated data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

25.1 "As Is" Provision

Subject to the ACL, mandatory consumer laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and the express warranties given in connection with specific Products or Orders, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

25.2 No Warranty as to Site Operation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EIDO does not warrant or represent that:

(a) the Site will be available at all times or will operate free from interruption, error, or defect; (b) defects in the Site will be corrected; (c) the Site or any server through which it is made available is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components; (d) the Site will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or browsers; (e) the information or Content on the Site is complete, accurate, current, or free from typographical or other errors; or (f) the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.

25.3 No Warranty as to Third-Party Services

EIDO provides no warranty of any kind with respect to any third-party service, platform, or content accessed via the Site.

25.4 Non-Excludable Rights Preserved

Nothing in this Section 25 is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable right, guarantee, or remedy under the ACL or any other applicable mandatory law.

---

SECTION 26 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

26.1 Non-Excludable Rights Preserved

Nothing in this Section 26 excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the ACL, applicable mandatory consumer laws, or any other applicable law.

26.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EIDO (including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and successors) will not be liable to you for any:

(a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; (c) business interruption or loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss or corruption of data or information; (e) costs of substitute goods or services; or (f) any other intangible loss,

arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable and regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute, or otherwise).

26.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to Section 26.1, EIDO's aggregate total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services or Products (regardless of the form of action) is limited to the greater of:

(a) the total amount you actually paid to EIDO for the relevant Products giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose; or (b) AUD $100.

26.4 Allocation of Risk

The limitations of liability in this Section 26 reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between EIDO and Customers, and are an essential element of the basis on which EIDO offers Products at the prices it does. EIDO would not be able to provide the Services on commercially viable terms without these limitations.

---

SECTION 27 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION — TIERED PROCESS, ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

27.1 Tiered Dispute Resolution Process

EIDO is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Before commencing any formal legal proceedings (except for interim injunctive relief), you must follow the tiered process below:

Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact EIDO at clientcare@eidoofficial.com with a detailed written description of your dispute, your preferred resolution, and your contact details. EIDO will acknowledge receipt within 5 Business Days and endeavour to resolve the dispute within 20 Business Days.

Step 2 — Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through Step 1, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator, or (if agreement cannot be reached) through the Resolution Institute (Australia) or an equivalent accredited mediation body in your jurisdiction. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Step 3 — Formal Proceedings: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties may proceed to formal legal proceedings as described in Sections 27.2 or 27.3 below.

27.2 Arbitration (United States Residents)

If you are a consumer resident in the United States, the following mandatory arbitration agreement applies to you:

(a) Agreement to Arbitrate: Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court in your jurisdiction, you and EIDO agree to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

(b) Arbitration Location & Process: Arbitration will be conducted in English. For claims under USD $10,000, you may elect to have the arbitration conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator. For claims between USD $10,000 and USD $75,000, either party may elect a telephonic hearing. In-person hearings will be conducted at a location reasonably convenient to both parties.

(c) Costs: The AAA's consumer rules govern the allocation of arbitration filing fees and arbitrator costs. For claims under USD $75,000, EIDO will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees unless applicable law or the arbitrator's award provides otherwise.

(d) Class Action Waiver: You and EIDO agree that any arbitration or dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and NOT as a class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class arbitration or class action lawsuit. This waiver is a material term of this arbitration agreement.

(e) Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or 30 days of any material change to this Section) by sending a written notice to clientcare@eidoofficial.com stating your full name, email address, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

(f) Severability: If any part of this arbitration agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. The class action waiver is non-severable from the arbitration agreement; if the class action waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement as a whole shall be null and void.

27.3 Australia, EEA, UK & Other Jurisdictions

Consumers in Australia, the EEA, the UK, and all other jurisdictions (outside the United States) are not subject to mandatory arbitration under these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Section 32 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction), subject to your non-waivable local consumer rights.

Australian consumers may contact the relevant consumer protection agency (e.g., the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or the relevant state fair trading agency) or access free dispute resolution through the relevant ombudsman service.

---

SECTION 28 — INDEMNIFICATION

28.1 Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EIDO and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, licensees, and assigns (collectively, "EIDO Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (b) your access to or use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content, including any claim that your User Content infringes a third party's rights; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your violation of any third party's rights.

28.2 EIDO's Right to Control Defence

EIDO reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control of the defence and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with EIDO in the defence of any such claim and not to settle any such claim without EIDO's prior written consent.

---

29.2 Representations

By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (b) you are not listed on any sanctions list administered by any of the bodies listed in Section 29.1; (c) the Products will not be used for any purpose prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws, including the development of weapons of mass destruction; and (d) you will comply with all applicable export, import, and sanctions laws with respect to the Products.

29.3 Right to Cancel

EIDO may, without liability, cancel any Order or refuse any delivery where fulfilment would violate any applicable export control law or sanctions regulation, or EIDO's internal risk policies.

---

SECTION 30 — FORCE MAJEURE

30.1 Force Majeure Events

EIDO will not be in breach of these Terms and will not be liable to you for any delay in performance, or non-performance, of any obligation under these Terms to the extent that such delay or non-performance is caused by or results from a Force Majeure Event.

A "Force Majeure Event" means any event or circumstance beyond EIDO's reasonable control, including (without limitation):

(a) natural disasters, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, storms, or other extreme weather events; (b) pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by government authorities; (c) war, invasion, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, or riot; (d) strikes, industrial action, or labour disputes involving EIDO's suppliers or logistics partners; (e) governmental orders, regulations, embargoes, sanctions, or import/export restrictions; (f) failures of telecommunications networks, internet infrastructure, or third-party platforms; (g) disruptions to global supply chains or shipping routes; and (h) failures of utilities or essential services.

30.2 Notification

EIDO will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Customers of a Force Majeure Event and its expected duration.

30.3 Extended Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 60 days and results in EIDO's inability to fulfil an Order, EIDO may cancel the affected Order and provide a full refund of any amounts paid, subject to applicable mandatory consumer laws.

SECTION 31 — ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & RECORDS

31.1 Consent to Electronic Communications

By creating an account or transacting with EIDO, you consent to receiving all communications from EIDO in electronic form, including via email, SMS/MMS, and in-Site notifications. 32.3 Non-Waiver of Mandatory Consumer Rights

This governing law and jurisdiction clause does not deprive any consumer of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their jurisdiction of residence, and does not prevent you from bringing a claim before the relevant consumer protection authority in your country.

32.4 Language

These Terms are drafted in the English language. If EIDO provides a translation of these Terms into another language for your convenience, the English version will control in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.

---

SECTION 33 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

33.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all policies, schedules, and documents incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Marks Policy, and any applicable promotional terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and EIDO with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind.

33.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or (if modification is not possible) severed from these Terms, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired.

33.3 No Waiver

EIDO's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a present or future waiver of that provision, nor does it limit EIDO's right to enforce that provision at a later time.

33.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, novate, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without EIDO's prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this clause is void.

EIDO may assign, transfer, novate, or sub-licence any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent, including in the context of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or corporate restructuring, provided that EIDO will notify you of any material change in the identity of the entity administering the Services.

33.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the benefit of you and EIDO only and do not create any rights in any third party, except as expressly stated.

33.6 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and EIDO. You have no authority to incur obligations on EIDO's behalf.

33.7 Headings & Interpretation

Section headings are for convenience and reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Unless the context requires otherwise:

(a) references to a statute or legislation include all amendments and re-enactments; (b) the singular includes the plural and vice versa; (c) "including" means "including without limitation"; and (d) where EIDO "may" do something, that discretion is absolute and may be exercised without notice or reason unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

33.8 Survival

The following Sections survive the termination or expiry of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Services: Section 1 (Definitions), Section 7 (Chargeback Abuse), Section 13 (Defective Goods), Section 17 (Intellectual Property), Section 18 (User Content), Section 25 (Disclaimers), Section 26 (Limitation of Liability), Section 27 (Dispute Resolution), Section 28 (Indemnification), and Section 32 (Governing Law).
